Steven Glenn Wiley, Sr.

Steven Glenn Wiley Sr. (Steve) age 72 of Whitney, Texas.  Passed away Wednesday, November 11, 2020 at his residence. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, November 19, 2020 at Marshall & Marshall Funeral Home in Whitney, Texas.

Steve was born August 11, 1948 in Kansas City, Kansas to Donald Wiley and Roberta Earlena Wiley. He had one sister, Michele Wiley. He enlisted in the United States Army in 1968, where he was an equipment and vehicle mechanic.  After his tenure in the military he became a civilian mechanic for a few years and later chose the construction industry as his life-long profession. He was always an extremely hard worker, always chasing his love for the construction industry with various moves along his life journey.  He enjoyed all kinds of woodworking throughout his whole life.  He also loved fishing, spending time at the lake and drag racing with the family.

He was preceded in death by his first wife Georgia Alyne Wiley; his mother Roberta Earlena Wiley; his father Donald Wiley; his sister Michele Wiley; grandsons Steven Wiley III and Michael Wiley.

Survivors include his wife Wendy Wiley; daughter Sharon Wiley; daughter Traci Sagebiel and husband Eric; son Steven Wiley Jr. and wife Maurisa; son Daniel Wiley and fiancé Mayra; bonus sons Anthony Ramirez, Alex Ramirez and Josh Wahrmund; grand-children Ashley Miller, Jennavive White and husband Nathan, Clerisa Conejo and husband Jose, Breck Holmes, Kailey Holmes, Ava Sagebiel, Monty Sagebiel, Jorden Newby, Audrey Wiley, Grant Wiley, Shaunee Wiley, and Kyser Wiley and several great-grandchildren.
