Susan Simpson

Susan Kay Simpson, 51, of Bynum passed away Wednesday, January 13, 2016, at Crestview Manor Nursing Home in Waco. The family held a memorial service Thursday morning, January 14, 2016, at Quality Care Nursing Home in Waco.

Susan was born August 17, 1964 in Waco to Eddie Tom and Linda (Avery) Curtis. An avid animal lover, Susan enjoyed doing crossword puzzles and visiting with family and friends. She was of the Church of Christ faith.

Preceding her in death were her parents; and a son, William Simpson on July 17, 2014.

Survivors include her sisters, Becky Vanek and Teresa Harris; brother, Tom Curtis; grandmother, Esta Lee Curtis; nephews and nieces, Chad Vanek, Rhiannon Vanek, Danyele Thompson, Megan Secundino, and Kevin Harris; great-nephews and great-nieces, Wyatt Smith, Candace Thompson, Nathan Thompson; several cousins and one very special cousin, Anita Bishop; and a special friend, David Moyers.
