Susie Balderas

Susie Balderas, age 48 of Whitney passed away peacefully in Whitney with family by her side Saturday, November 19, 2022. A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Susie was born January 11, 1974, in Waco, Texas to Cirilo Joe and Sylvia (Rodriguez) Balderas. She lived in Hill County her entire life. Susie was united in marriage to the love of her life, Joe Rocha on September 4, 2021, and he preceded her in death on September 12, 2021.

She was preceded in death by her father, Cirilo Balderas.

Susie is survived by her only child, Danny Balderas; granddaughter, Olivia; her mom, Sylvia Balderas; two sisters, Felicia Villareal and Mary Ann Balderas; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins; her faithful dog, Junior and many lifelong friends.

Donations are being taken at Marshall and Marshall Funeral Directors in either Hillsboro or Whitney Location, to help with the cost of the cremation.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to Dr. Teague and his staff. Also, to Fresenius Kidney Care Dialysis Center for their years of care.
