T. L. Rusty Nunn, 92 of Hillsboro passed away on July 9, 2008 in Fort Worth. He was born on April 25, 1916 in Lillian, Texas to Thomas Murphy and Rosie Lee Meisenheimer Nunn. He grew up in the Riverside area of Fort Worth and graduated from Technical High School as a machinist. He spent his life as a tool and die maker for American Manufacturing, Welex-Jet and retired from Bell Helicopter after 31 years before moving to Whitney. On March 8, 1986, he married Faye Jenkins. He loved to dance, travel, family gatherings and singing in the church choir. He was a member of King Memorial United Methodist Church in Whitney. He was also a mason for 60 years and a member of the Blum Masonic Lodge and Hillsboro Eastern Star. Preceding him in death were his parents; first wife, Mary Bell Winders Nunn on Sept. 22, 1983; 1 brother and 3 sisters. Survivors include his wife, Faye of Hillsboro; children, Thomas E. Nunn of Fort Worth, Rosemary Dutton of Burleson; 7 grandchildren and 9 great great grandchildren.
