Teresa Crawford

Teresa Lynn Crawford, 47 of Whitney passed away on March 9, 2012.

Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 14, 2012 at Marshall and Marshall Funeral Directors Chapel in Whitney with Rev. Greg Johnson officiating. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Garden of Memory near Hillsboro. Visitation will be from 6 - 8 p.m., Tuesday at the funeral home.

Teresa was born on April 15, 1964 in Huntington, West Virginia to Thomas Hayes McCoy and Joann Combs. She enjoyed horseback riding, animals, fishing, and being outdoors. While she loved to shop and go to Renaissance Fairs she also liked Tinkerbell, candles, statues and pictures of angels. She loved to watch hummingbirds as well as all the local birds and had lots of bird and squirrel feeders. Rosebushes always made her smile.

She loved being around family and friends and enjoyed caring for people. Teresa was and always will be a fun and loving person to be around. She will be missed by all who had the privilege to meet her.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents including Glenna Combs all of Huntington, West Virginia.

Survivors include her father, Tom and Iris McCoy of Barbersville, West Virginia; mother, Joann Fouch of Huntington, West Virginia; children, Kory Crawford and Kris Crawford both of Whitney; brothers, Tommy Fouch of Huntington, West Virginia; sister, Lisa McCollum of Houston, Texas; step sisters, Pamela Kirk of Barbersville, West Virginia, Valerie Smith of Milton, West Virginia and friend, Stacy Miller of Waco, Texas.
