Thelma Dorsey

Thelma Dorsey, 92 of Hillsboro passed away on June 28, 2008 in Hillsboro. Thelma was the daughter of Charles and Cleo Wallace Byrd. On May 11, 1935, she married Henry B. Dorsey in Hunt County. They moved to Hillsboro in 1941. She had worked as a sales clerk for Sears in Hillsboro for many years. She was a member of Walnut Street Baptist Church in Hillsboro. Preceding her in death were her parents; husband, Henry in 1975; son, Charles Robert Dorsey in 1992 and sister, Faye Box. Survivors include her granddaughters, Roberta Davies and husband, Jeff of California, Karry Domen and husband, Steve of Dayton, Nevada; 4 great grandchildren; former daughter-in-law, Pat Dorsey of Dayton, Nevada; brother-in-law, R. D. Dorsey of Fort Worth; sister-in-law, Lois Finch and husband, Maurice of Hillsboro; nephew, Bill Littleton and wife, Inez of Mansfield; great niece, Sherri Cox of Arlington, great nephew, Brian Littleton of Mansfield and special caregiver and friend, Jo Nell Davis of Hillsboro.
