Thelma Mcgallian

Thelma Jane McGallian , 89, of Whitney passed away in a local nursing home ,Saturday, February 28, 2015. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, March 4, 2015 at Marshall and Marshall Funeral Directors Chapel in Whitney. Officiating will be Mr. James Griffith. Interment will follow at Whitney Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 1:00 -2:00 PM, Wednesday, prior to the service at the funeral home.

Thelma was born on June 8,1925 in Ottine, Texas to Keaton Robert and Lula Myrtle ( Coates ) Kirchmann. She married Hubert McGallian, he preceded her in death on October 27, 1997.


She is survived by sons, Bill McGallian and wife, Karen of Baton Rouge, Ronnie McGallian and wife Debbie of Johnson City; brother, B.J. Kirchmann of Seattle Washington; sisters, Sue Campbell of Round Rock, and Aggie Rae Self of Sweetwater.
