Tisha Noel (Chandler) Turner

Tisha Noel Turner, a loving wife, mother, nana, daughter, and sister of Whitney, TX, was called home on January 28, 2024. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, February 2, 2024, at Marshall & Marshall Funeral Directors Chapel in Whitney with Rev. Scott Pelham officiating.  Burial will follow at Whitney Memorial Park in Whitney.  Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Thursday, February 1, 2024, at the funeral home.

She was born in Hillsboro, TX, on July 26, 1971. She was united in marriage to the love of her life on May 15, 1999. She was a proud mother, happy to see her children succeed while also being their biggest cheerleader. Her greatest joy was being a nana and she cherished the quality time spent with her granddaughter. She was loyal, loved hard, and was always there when you needed her. She was a great homemaker and loved to garden, being a host, and spending time with her family. She loved watching sports, especially football and NASCAR. She enjoyed listening to music and spending time in the pool. She was of the Christian faith.

Tisha is survived by her husband, Jason Turner; daughter, Alexis Turner and fiancé, Joseph Cedillo; son, Jake Turner; granddaughter, McKynli Cedillo; mother, Barbara Kellner and husband, Frank; brother, Cody Kellner and wife, Shannon Force; sister, Kryslyn Kellner and husband, Shanon McDonald.

She was preceded in death by her father, William Douglas Chandler; and grandparents, William and Olive Chandler and Noel and Christine Hardy.
