Tommy Joe Joslin

Early in the morning of Thursday, July 22, 2021, Tommy Joe Joslin fell asleep in death at his home in Whitney, Texas.

Tommy was born fourth of six children to Lawton and Delores Joslin (Lowe) November 24, 1955, in Okemah, OK.  He graduated from Varnum High School in Seminole, OK in 1974 and then joined the U.S. Navy soon after.  While stationed in Rota Cadiz, Spain he married the love of his life Peggy Josefa Vicente on October 13, 1977.  Together they had three children:  Jonathan Joslin, Stanley Joslin, and Catherine Under Kircher.  Tommy was grandfather to nine grandchildren and survived by his mother, three sisters, and two brothers.
Tommy was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses on July 5, 1980.  His faith in God and Jesus Christ was evident in the way he lived his life and positive influence on friends and family.  Tommy will be remembered as a loving father and husband and will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
