Virginia "Ginny K." Bunch

Virginia "Ginny K." Bunch, 72, of Itasca passed away Friday morning, October 5, 2018, at her residence. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 10, 2018, at Grove Hill Memorial Park in Dallas with Father Sergio Rizo of Saint Joseph Catholic Church in Cleburne, Texas officiating. Visitation will be from 5:00-8:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 9, 2018, at Marshall & Marshall Funeral Directors in Hillsboro.

Born July 28, 1946, in Dallas, she was the daughter of James Henry and Gladys (Yates) Riggs. She grew up in Dallas and had lived in Itasca for the past 20 years. On February 11, 1966, Ginny was united in marriage to Raymond Bunch. In her spare time, she loved to draw, read, watch movies, and drink Pepsi. Preceding her in death were her parents; three brothers, Leonard Riggs, James Riggs and infant brother, Billie Joe Riggs; a sister, Dorothy Mae Riggs; and grandchild, Amanda Nicole Kraft.

Survivors include her husband of 52 years, Raymond Bunch; three children, Edward Bunch, Katherine Scarborough and husband, Carl, and Darren Bunch and wife, Michelle; brothers, Jack Riggs and wife, Ella; two sisters, Mattie Lou Hoelscher and Mary Ann Kershaw and husband Richard; grandchildren, Rebecca Scarborough, Carl Wayne Scarborough, Jr., Michael Bunch, Cecelia Bunch, and James Bunch.
