Vivian “Bibbie” Davison of Hillsboro passed away Saturday, April 23, 2016 at the age of 102. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, April 25, 2016 at Hillcrest Garden of Memory with Pastor Leah Hidde-Gregory of First United Methodist Church of Hillsboro presiding.

Born on September 28, 1913 in Hill County, she was the daughter of William T. and Florence (Rikard) Davison. Vivian lived in Hill County all of her life where she was a homemaker. She enjoyed quilting and was a great cook; baking was her specialty. She also enjoyed gardening and won the “Best Yard of the Month” designation in 1995 for her beautiful flowers. She lovingly took care of her nieces and nephews throughout the years. Vivian attended Line Street Methodist Church for many years before joining First United Methodist Church in Hillsboro.

Vivian was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Robert L. Davison and Frank Rikard Davison; and an infant sister. She is survived by nieces: Pat Ward and husband, Joe Ed, and Elizabeth Lavender of Hillsboro, and Beverly Higbee of Arlington; nephews: William Davison and wife, Shirley of Irving; Mickey Davison and wife,Diane of Hillsboro; and John Davison of Arlington; many great nieces and nephews, great-great nieces and nephews, and great-great-great nieces and nephews.
