Wanda Fay (Clark) Cargile

It is with great sadness that our family announces the passing of Wanda Fay Clark Cargile.  After 86 years on earth spent loving on her family and friends, she passed peacefully on August 3, 2021.  She enjoyed reading, quilting, cooking and most of all working in her garden.  Whether it was delicious homemade cinnamon rolls, fresh ripe tomatoes, or a hand stitched baby quilt, she was always nurturing, loving and growing little bits of happiness to share with her loved ones and friends.

While it is hard to find the right words to pay tribute to the woman who raised and cared for us, we take comfort in knowing that she has reached her Heavenly destination with her Lord.

She is survived by her husband, Al; daughters, Teresa Fulton and husband, Robert of Colleyville, Paula Hamilton and husband, Don of Haslet; son, Jon Cargile of Dallas; granddaughters, Erin Leonard and husband Brian, Carin Charon and husband Erich, Lacey Pumphrey; grandson, Jace Hamilton and wife Deana; and great-grandchildren, Amyrlin, Parker, Lyla, Bailey, Lance, Troy, Luke and Levi.

In accordance with her wishes, she will be cremated, and her ashes will be scattered in her happy place, her garden.  Family and friends will be invited for a Celebration of Life later this fall.
