William was the son of Roy Mack Anders, Sr. and Frances Louise HamiltonWilliams. He grew up in Waco and graduated from Texas State Technical College as a master chef. For most of his life, he worked in general construction. He loved cooking and thoroughly enjoyed fishing. An avid reader, he also enjoyed drawing. An outgoing person, he delighted in bringing laughter to people, and did not like seeing anyone sad. A very active person, he was always on the go. Survivors include his father, Roy Mack Anders, Sr. and wife Barbara Jean of Purvis, Miss., his mother, Frances Williams of Waco, seven brothers and sisters, Mattie Grachen Williams and husband Billy Hughes of Crockett, Roy Mack Anders, Jr. and wife Linda Nunn of Waco, Teresa Williams and husband Ronald of Waco, Lee Anders and wife Diane Sanchez of Gulf Port, Miss., Chris Anders and wife Stephanie of Whitney, Kim Fulton and husband Chris of Whitney, and Royce Anders of Waco, Nine nieces and nephews, as well as many cousins.
