William "Billy" Bougor

William “Billy” Bougor, 51, of Whitney passed away at his home on Sunday, August 22, 2021. Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 25, 2021, at Marshall & Marshall Funeral Directors in Hillsboro.  There will be a celebration of life on August 26, 2021, with family and close friends in Whitney.

Billy was Born October 8, 1969, in Burlington, Vermont, to Elizabeth Richardson Bougor and William Bougor.  Billy was a man of many talents, all he needed was some wood and a few tools and he could build anything.  He was “Bad With The Wood.”  Billy never met a stranger and had many loving friends and family.

Billy is survived by his mother, Elizabeth Griffith and stepfather, Ben Griffith Jr; two sons, Gerrett Bougor and his wife, Holly and Nathan Norris and his wife, Cari. Billy had 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.  He is also survived by his brothers, George Bougor, Reggie Bougor, TJ Griffith, Ben Griffith, and Chip Griffith; and sisters, Benae Sanjurjo, Bonnie Anderson, Shannon Ridner, and Terri Grooms.

Billy was preceded in death by his father, William Bougor and his grandparents.
