William Frazier

William “Bill” Frazier, 75, of Hurst, formerly of Hillsboro, passed away Wednesday, September 21, 2016, in Fort Worth. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, September 24, 2016, at Hillcrest Garden of Memory near Hillsboro with Mr. Gary Clinkscales and Mr. Buddy Lloyd officiating. Mr. Frazier will lie in state from 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. Friday, September 23, at Marshall & Marshall Funeral Directors in Hillsboro.

Bill was born August 31, 1941 near Hillsboro in the Union Bluff Community to Walter “Deb” and Naomi (Davison) Frazier. He was the grandson of the late W. J. and Leona Davison of the Union Bluff Community and the late Walter and Goldine Frazier.

Bill graduated from Waco High School in 1959 and Baylor University in 1963. He began working for Sears while in high school, where he started at the bottom and rose to Regional Buyer for Home Fashions. In 1983, he went to work for The Austin Gutterman and soon bought the company turning it into a very successful business. He was owner and CEO until 2011. He conducted boot camps in various states, training other gutter companies’ employees on running a successful business and won numerous awards for his endeavors throughout his career.

He was a wise man, a role model, and inspiration through his kindness, generosity, and work ethics. He was of the Baptist faith and attended Christ Chapel Bible Church in Fort Worth.

Survivors include Sue Jones, his significant other of Hurst; two children, Bobby Frazier and wife, Robin, of Austin and Robin Siebelink and husband, David, of Austin; seven grandchildren; several cousins and many friends.

Thank you to the amazing doctors and staff of the Surgical ICU on the second floor of Plaza Medical Center in Fort Worth for their dedication and professionalism.
