William Hogan

William Allen Hogan, 81, of Whitney passed away on August 13, 2004 in Whitney. He was the son of Thomas W. and Georga Paine Hogan. He married Olive Whitehead on May 20, 1944 in Rockwall, TX. He had worked for IBEW Local #20 for 56 years in Dallas. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Whitney, Whitney Masonic Lodge #355 and Whitney Eastern Star # 390. He loved to fish, liked baseball and loved his dog Dumpy. He was preceded in death by his parents; 3 sisters, Martha McLean, Fay Robins, Mary Favish and son-in-law, Danny Lee. Survivors include his wife, Olive of Whitney; children, Georgene Mulkey and husband, Bill of Ovilla, Nancy Lee of Dallas, Cindy Bennett and husband, Billy of Dallas; sister, Barbara Patton of Granbury; grandchildren, Jason Miller and wife Sue of Michigan, Jeff Miller and wife, Carol of Arlington, Steven Peney of Whitney, Neal Penney and wife, Shelly of Wautauga, Linda Lee of Dallas; great grandchildren, Jason and Erik Miller of Michigan, Shelby and Sydney Miller of Arlington.
