Willie Blanton

She was the daughter of William McGinnis and Lucy Viola Lassiter Hill. Willie married William Royal "Tiny" Blanton on October 6, 1934 in Nacogdoches. She also loved to sew, make quilt tops, cook, and to write letters and cards. Willie was very family orientated, and a member of the Pentecostal Church Of God. Preceding her in death are her father William McGinnis Hill, her mother Lucy Viola Hill, Her husband William "Tiny" Blanton, son Troy Blanton, brothers Bobby Hill, Deryl Hill, Charles Hill, Jackson Hill, Perry Hill, and sisters Mary Lou Hill, Lorene Blanton, Dorothy Cryan, Ola Mae Henry, and Lucy Pearl Hill. Survivors include : Children: LaMerle Mantooth and husband Rolan of Whitney, Sue Chance and husband Larry of Whitney, Bill Blanton and wife Anna of Arlington. Brothers: Lewis Hill of Henderson, William Hill and wife Cathy of Milsap. sister Grace Glick of Plantersville and very special sister-in-law Frances Hill of Kennedale.Grandchildren: Sharon Nichols, Pam Cullum, Jimmy Mantooth, Jeri Lynn Vowel, Kenneth Mantooth, Mark Martin, Robert Chance, Randy Chance, Wilburn Chance, John Chance, Jason Blanton, Tammy Blanton, Chris Blanton, Brittanie Blanton. 28 Great-grandchildren, 26 Great-great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
