Willie Mae Osborn, 94 of Whitney passed away on February 27, 2012.

Services will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, February 29, 2012 at Marshall & Marshall Funeral Directors Chapel in Whitney. Interment will follow at Laurel Land Memorial Park in Dallas at 2:30 PM.
Visitation will be from 10:00 - 11:00 AM Wednesday morning prior to service.

Willie Mae was born on February 20, 1918 in Penelope to Andrew and Albina (Blahuta) Prikryl. She married Francis Webb Osborn. They lived in Dallas before moving to Whitney in 1964. Willie Mae had worked at Sears and was in charge of the candy counter and also worked at Hill Theater in Dallas. Her last job was with Franks Radio and Television Shop. She was of the Baptist faith and a member of the Eastern Star.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Francis on February 28, 1976; 1 grandson, Van Osborn and daughter-in-law, Lenora Osborn.

Survivors include her sons, Jimmie D. Osborn and wife, Kay of Granbury and Robert L. Osborn and wife, Doris of Cedar Hill; 3 grandchildren, Kirk Osborn and wife, Lujan, Steve Osborn, Roberta Howser and husband, Brent; 4 great grandchildren, Nick Osborn, Tommy Osborn, Isabella Osborn and Cale Howser; several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.

The family expresses a very special thanks to the Town Hall Estates staff for their loving care of Willie Mae.
