Zak Stout

Zak Stout, 18, of Whitney passed away on April 14, 2009 following an automobile accident. Zak was born on October 23, 1990 in Cleburne, Texas, the son of Ronald and Brenda Martin Stout, Sr. He had lived in Whitney all his life and was a sophomore at Whitney High School. Active in the German Club, track, tennis and theater arts, Zak never backed down from a difficult task, always giving his best effort. He aspired to a career as a teacher. A member of Fort Graham Baptist Church, he was dedicated to his family and enjoyed spending time with them. Preceding him in death were his grandparents, LV Martin and Vernon Martin, 3 uncles, Tex Martin, Henry Martin, Virgil Stout and brother-in-law, Chris Hammond. Survivors include his parents, Ronald and Brenda Stout of Whitney; grandparents, Pauline Marshall of Whitney, Bill Marshall of Hillsboro; brothers, Ronald Henry Stout, Jr. of Whitney, Michael Joe Stout and wife, Janice of Whitney; sister, Sheila Kay Stout of Whitney; 3 aunts, Charlotte Martin of Blum, Martha Bentle of Colorado, Sue Bullard of Haltom City; 3 uncles, Jerry Stout of Blum, Ricky Stout of Denton, Paul Stout of Oklahoma; 11 nieces and nephews, many cousins and friends.
